As a leading company that has created thousands of jobs for local youth through its strategic projects, MJ Holding actively participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between universities and the private sector.

This initiative, carried out in collaboration with the MEED organization, aims to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the labor market. The goal is to ensure that companies no longer rely on foreign labor for expertise, but rather empower our nation's youth to become skilled professionals and industry leaders.

Under this new roadmap, MJ Holding, as a trusted entity in the investment sector, reaffirmed its support for developing a skilled and trained workforce. These efforts will ensure that students no longer worry about post-graduation employment, as they will find direct opportunities within the company's major residential projects and other diverse sectors. This initiative is a core part of Mr. Mariwan Haji Jamal’s national vision to serve the youth and contribute to the prosperity of Kurdistan.
